Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• If you are 15+ minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service and it will be treated as a no-show.
